Meet Whittney
Professional Life Coach
Imagine us sitting together over a warm cup of coffee getting to know each other. If we haven’t met yet, one thing you’ll quickly learn about me is that my faith is the foundation of everything I do. I’ve chosen to live as a disciple of Christ.
I’ve called Texas home since 2001—aside from a couple of short years in Oklahoma. As a single mom of two and a professional in the staffing industry for over five years, I know what it’s like to feel like you're barely keeping your head above water. Balancing kids, a demanding career, and trying to carve out time for yourself can feel overwhelming. Do you ever find yourself constantly pouring into everyone else, wondering if there’s more to life than just surviving?
Through my own journey, I’ve discovered the power of true surrender—allowing God to step in, heal, and transform every part of my life. When we rely on our own strength, burnout is inevitable. But when we shift our focus to Him, everything changes. He brings clarity to confusion, peace to chaos, and purpose to pain.
My passion is helping women who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. My coaching approach is about guiding you back to the truth of God's Word and walking alongside you as you step boldly into the life He has called you to live!

What is Life Coaching?
Coaches are often very knowledgeable in a set niche, and a coach may share training and guidance, but the coach does not independently dictate the client's goals or action items to move forward.
What is Christian Life Coaching?
Christian coaching is done from a biblical perspective and allows clients to utilize their faith within the coaching sessions.
How is Coaching Different from Counseling?
Unlike counseling, coaching does not profoundly explore past experiences, traumas, or hurts. Instead, coaching focuses on actions to take in the present to impact the future. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental illness, though coaches may provide references to mental health professionals If needed. Think of a Coach as an Architect (building something for the future) whereas a Counselor is an Archeologist (digging into the past) to uncover buried truths that need processing and healing.
